Im in two minds here, i say on because i nearly got my finger tore of when i touched the cam pulley while the engine was running 8 stiches late and no nail

But then i say of because i noticed my cam pulley bolt was loose a few months later, while doing some cleaning ( should`ve been tight tho, my fault)

so then i would have to say its up to yourself, depends how lucky you feel or dont feel
