Well..............i did it intenionally. Long story cut short i did a LOT of work to the car, started it up and it was pissing out with smoke and i found a vlave guide had slipped down, so i thought i may aswell try the best i could before taking the head off, ended up cracking the guide so it came off anyway.

Definately wouldn't recommend it anyway just incase
