I run the one piece top hat ones on mine and they seem fine

The job isn't very hard at all mate, as Oranoco says, remove the plugs and put a rag in the oil ways (i have a collet floating around in my sump ), and remember to do numbers 1 & 4 first, then spin the bottom end over 180 degrees and do numbers 2 & 3.

It's not very hard mate you should be fine

Oh and Oranoco ive had my pistons ABDC, the valves are just slightly too long to get lost
