Depends how he's been using them. If theres clear signs of windy tool action on none impact sockets then he doesn't have to change them. iirc he also doesnt have to change the hex type that have the rounds edges rather than the pointy ones,something about the design being for a specfic job and not really supposed to be used as a general scket set. Tbh 99% of my gear is MAC and the rep was spot on with replacing broken items even if i had abused them a little.
