now for my next question.................As im changing my suspension via a coilover conversion kit,i have a choice of what poundage springs i can use.....Thing is i havent got a clue what id need.If anyone could give me an idea of what poundage spring i would need going on my description

IT IS A MK1 fiesta with and rst lump in it,so will be a tad heavier on the front end compared to standard so will obviously need harder springs on the front????????????????

I doubt i will be taking it on the track.......Road use only......but would still like the handling spot on

It will have a very low stance

I will also want it quite firm on the rear to counteract FRONT END lift.

hope im not asking for too much....lol
i know coilovers have higher pound because the springs are more compressed and smaller diameter.......and help would be great
