cheers mike! another quick update...

turbo has been ordered and arrived (with my supplier at the moment...should be with me in the next week or so)
inlet manifold is ready
exhaust manifold is away being welded
Management and injectors are ordered...need to go and collect them
Loom is being made
had a slight issue with the bottom end piston rings but it should all be resolved tomo
the engine was dummy built and EVERYTHING was as near perfect as we are going to get it well...apart from the piston rings LOL

At this stage, i HAVE to give a HUGE thank you to the following people...

IAN HOWELL....TRUELY a Zetec God!! would still be struggling if it wasnt for his help, advice and AWESOME prices!
STEVE @ VULCAN....has done the machining required to my engine and the stage 3 head to the highest standard i have EVER seen!!

BOBBY_SINGH....ALWAYS putting up with my questions and helping out as much as he can
HARDEEP_SINGH....for our engine/gearbox/suspension/car talks lol...always gets me thinking about new ideas
and EVERYONE else who has helped with the engine along the way to this point....

whats left now is sorting the gearbox out, assembling the full engine, awaiting delivery on the remaining parts, ordering the intercooler, fitting the engine and box, mapping, then racing my manager LOL
