Finally they arrive. Only 43 hours after a phone call.
Then they say it's not their responsibility as it's in my front garden: even tho 2 yrs back when we had a different problem, they said the drain WAS theirs and as it was clear at the time they had nothing to do. I have now lifted the cover (stinks like fook and there's shite & johnnys & bog paper & allsorts of mank in there) and it is totally full. Bearing in mind this storm drain is about 5ft deep !

This is not a private property drain, but a public storm drain and they will not take responsibility for it.
