Cheers for the comments guys, I had a friend of mine , Mark Court (those in rallying may know him) look at it when I first got it and he said it was the best shell he has ever seen, and he builds rallycars and owns a bodyshop for a living.
Hi Paul, I have some 9x15 and 8x15 split rims with the centres to match the Gulf scheme I was planning, also Proper Gp4 coilovers with tarmac inserts and magnesium rears, Billett machined TCA's and comp strutts, A loom, new rear lights, steering colomn, dash and dash top, and a few other bits, I want £7500 for the shell, but that's negotiable, there's a new car I've seen and it makes sense for me to buy it, having a 7 month old lad and working 4 jobs 120+ hours a week sometimes I've not got the time to finish this, The suspension is the ultimate imo (unless you wanna go £5000 Proflex!) Shell, suspension, other bits and bobs, and wheels would be ion region of £9000, As it was built from a shell I have a Mk1 tax exempt id or a mk2 4 door id, some may say this is dodgy, but if you know rallying I'm afraid this is how it's done, either that or put it on a 06 plate!lol. and wheels
