Thanks for the replies, Iv'e ordered a radtec 500 i/cooler, a friend of mine has now told me he had a lot of trouble fitting his radtec one to his 4x4 saph,he had to drill new mounting holes as he just couldn't get the rad to fit properly after cooler fitted. Do you know if a radtec one fits ok on a3dr with the standard rad. Re cooling system all Iv'e done is had the standard rad recored as it was weeping,the car has never overheated even in traffic jams such as ford fair sitting in traffic for 2hrs,fans all work correctly.
