inlet manifold- change to a Swedish type?
T34 exh housing-down size to a .48 from .63?
Pace rS500 type cooler or 2x 2wd Icooler welded infront will be sufficient for cooling and response?
anything recommended or should I steer clear of? Apparently at my power level and even 380-400bhp a swedish inlet will reduce throttle response? I could polish the trumpets and inlet inside to speed air flow maybe??
Dont need a .63 housing T34 for 330bhp for a start.
Barely need a .48 housing one TBH, but changing to a .48 housing will make the biggest difference my far.
Changing ex manifold for a fancy one will be a waste of cash at such low power, as would changing the inlet.
Changing to a 4x4 ex manifold may help a bit, but not loads.
I never noticed any difference going to a 500 cooler from a standard 2wd one.
All this polishing to increase airspeed thing is bollocks when you got a turbo involved.
A live map will make the car a lot better than a off the shelf chip, even on greens and std lump.
Seems to me barring changing the turbo to one thats correct for that power level, the other stuff is wasting your cash for nothing.
IMO RS500 cooler, .48 T34, 4x4 manifold if you can be arsed, 25psi on a live map with maybe a bigger midrange spike, happy days.
Spend the rest on tyres and shit.
