i want to to get around 225bhp in my ford ka

cud i achieve this with a 1.6 frst

or wud the escort rs turbo be better

i am on a tight budjet a friend will do the engine swap so just need to sort out wat i need for the job.

and which route is better

cud u help me finding a frst engine coz i havnt come across one
