im sure if you hunt around in the gallery you will get some pics of both pre and post 90 spec bumpers.

The 90 spec bumpers are generally more desired and therefore fetch a bit more money.

but people like to use the pre 90 spec bumpers to modify for cut outs etc as they can look a lot tougher than a 90 spec when cut out.
