If you look underneath the rear, you will see 2 valves hooked up to the rear wishbones (and if you don't it doesn't have them obvio ) but i can guarantee it has if the car once had ABS.

I've never known them not to need washers, otherwise the carriers foul the discs, its about 2-3mm spacing you need
