Default timing for managment for cvh

hope somebody can help

just blown my second cvh turbo motor , now fitting efi manifold from xr3i and fitting programmable management

my previous setup as follws:
1.6 cvh bored to 80.6mm
mitsubishi tredia/vortex 1.8L pistons(6:1 cr)
garret t3(o.48)T4(0.60)
dellorto dhla(h) 40mm sidies
cvh 22 cam modified for turbo use
developing 150kw on wheels , 2 bar with street fuel
1/4mile 14.9s @ 155km/hr(traction problems) , 194kmh on 1 km
copper 6 paddle clutch

i recently destroyed another set of rings and destroyed the lands on piston 3 , timing way to advanced!!!

i have a efi inlet manifold from a ford crate motor and will probably use a Dicktator mangement system(zar2,100.00 , why are your computers so pricey?)i will modify the dizzy with(gulp)Golf parts using the hall pickup and chopper(by the way , i am using golf mk2 jumbo door mirrors)
Anyway , my car will never see a mechanics shop except for final dyno setup.

My question is:
what are the timing figures for high boost setup(2 bar)
what size injectors?
