Does anybody know just how much magic these wheel refurbishment places can work?

I am just about to buy some late 4x4 rims for my saff 2WD, and a couple of these rims have some digs on and just inside the rim, also one rim appears to have been very slightly squared off (or flattened). Can this sort of damage be sorted do you think?
