RICH, get a decent player that supports ALL formats
then you dont need to mess around with converting etc.

one thing i have found is when my bro downloads the new episodes of the sopranos, he can watch them fine on his PC, but then he burns them to DVD for me, (in DVD format) they always start crashinf after 2 hours or so into the disc, goes pixelated and sounds jumps, and freezes etc.

is this likey to be:

1. my DVD player
2. his burnign software
3. the discs he is using
