do you mean the actual connector - or the TPS itself,

quickest and easist way is to remove the rubber inlet pipe , then with a 1/4" drive socket set remove the throttle bosy with TOS attached (4 8mm bolts IIRC) you can then get to remove the wires and TPS very easilly, whole job takes about 10 mins
