from what I can understand lots of problems with the standard ecu and solenoid not coping with 1.2-1.3bar ie boost needle flapping about and usually when the tune state is (bluefin, manifold, decat, exhaust etc) fit external boost control or bleedvalve and its fixed !

could we need a stronger actuator at this state of tune

could it be the base map again I got mine switched back to the origional AE map to solve the AF cough 5k missfire (by the guy who actually wrote AF with prodrive\ford ) and he said AF held more agressive boost at the top end !

without knowing exactly what bluefin changes and with limited knowledge I can only speculate I think peeps with chips ie collins etc have also had the issue but then do they still use base map values aswell ?
Exactly what is up with mine just now.
Standard boost control solenoid just doesn't cope with raised boost.
95% throttle is fine but as soon as you bury it and I hit 1.5-1.6 bar it just dumps the boost then builds again then dumps etc etc.
A new boost solenoid off Ford cures it for a while but then it returns.
I have the MSD chip, decat and K&N Gen II.
