rebadged zetec-se and yes it is the same gearbox by all accounts yeah i've managed to get a good price for the diff but now need to save for it and have been offered £150 by a local garage to fit it (not confident with gearboxes even if i have stripped them down @ BMW group academy)

oh and as far as i know there are only two sizes of duratec engine the 2 litre (as used in the ST) and the 2.3 litre (as used in the focus SVT)
