Not sure about the Mk6 shape gearbox but putting a Quaife ATB into a Mk5 IB5 has been done. You are look at roughly 550 for the ATB and probably 300 for fitting.

Does the Mk6 Zetec-S not have the duratec 1.6 lump? Or is it a rebagded zetec-se?
