yeah i used to go there when it was paradise, its quite a good gym its nothing like fitness first etc as its mostly full of bodybuilders but when i was there they were really friendly and helped us out alot.

they do have runing/rowing machines upstairs so you can get a good cardio workout as well, if the new owners run it like the old ones did then they pretty much leave you to get on with it which is good if you just want to get in and do your workout.

i cant say what its like now it might of all changed but its worth going down to have a look at.
