Right a little update,

I've had about 4 hours on it today to start cutting bad metal out and i will do all the problem areas the same so i can just go and weld up one weekend all in one go,

Pics - this is now whats left of the front passenger floor pan after i cut the rust out,

Had to do most of it with a gringing disc and a hammer and chissel as i ran out of slitting discs

That'll do for today i think at least now i feel like i'm getting somewhere,
