The thing is, it failed on:

Front sidelights without ignition.
No effort from handbrake.
Front seats insecure.
Side lights showing white light.
Offside rear chassis not fully seam welded.

Now these were all put down on the sheet, so off i went and fixed everything.

Went back today and a different guy did the re-test but he failed it on some things on the floor,sills,chassis!!

So what i want to know is, is this allowed? Seeing as i was told what needed to be done and i did it, then he comes along with a completely new list!!!!

Someone help please.
Take it somewhere else. Get whatever they say it needs doing fixed. Should be OK fore another year then. Having said all that how could you not notice some of the things it failed on the 1st time. Handbrake not working!
