Yeah, no spotter represents a certain danger of course, but im ok for now i think. Drop sets are teh way forward i think, and il build up a new routine now ive got a sturdy rack and bench.
The only reason i dont do my benchimng FIRST is i go to teh gym direct from work as its quite close, but if things dont improve i will go home first on chest day.
Any opinions on doing chest twice weekly?
