Isnt there a 14 day limit, After which they have to do a full test?

If you waited more than 14 days then theres not much you can do.

Every area has harsh and lenient testers or mot stations. Ask around the trade - see what they say. Take it somewhere else!

I once got a bike mot in 12 minutes.. some places take almost an hour
