Theres nothing wrong with the products you have, alot of people swear by the NXT wax and it is a good all round product as it does a very small amount of cleaning, filling, but mainly then giving the actual protection to the paint.

You could split the cleaning/filling steps and the waxing steps. This may make using products easier as you can go for things like Clearkote Vanilla Moose wax or Red Moose Glaze, and then wax with something like Poorboy's Natty's Blue Wax which are very easy to use but, obviously spreads the work out over two different products rather than using just one, although chances are, you'll get better results doing it in steps like this.......
The cleanser/glaze isn't a necessary step everytime you want to wax so you can still do a quick whip round the car if you wanted rather than having to do both steps everytime you want to give the car some TLC
