well I bought a PS2 when they first came out in japan, used it till just before they came out over here and flogged it on. Then bought a uk ps2 when they came out over here and had it chipped before it was even switched on.

Then when the messiah chip came out I had the old chip changed to messiah and it's been working 100% ever since.

I also bought a brand new Xbox and had it chipped before it was even switched on, only used it about 5 times in a year so fucked it off just before the prices dropped big time on them..
