There's nothing wrong with Felpro,Payen or Ford gaskets just people who

what you say is tru, i dont disagree

BUT...
with the zvh the gasket is designed for a 1.6 not a 1.8 or 2.0 so the fireing ring is closer than normal, thus can deteriate the gasket,

ive built my engine 5 times using felpro gaskets, coz the gasket kept blowing, since ive re done it with a WRC gsket, had no probs,

i run 21psi, too,

and ive been building engines for 6 years
