I don't think they are mate, not trying to teach you to suck eggs or anything by the way.

The seat bolts are a special type of bolt, look at one end on, they are triangular, not round. I found this out when i went to my local fasteners to get some bling stainless bolts, and he showed me this, they are desinged to tap their own thread in the metal, and as i understand it, if theyve been undone/re-tightened lots the holes will get bigger and bigger. I can't remember for the life of me the name for it I used 13mm hex head bolts, they fitted perfectly.

I'll have a look on microcat aswell and double check to see if there is a variation on the bolts for you
