Andy,

The parts needed for any EFi conversion will be the same.

I.e

TPS
CPS
ECU
LOOM
EFi Inlet
Fuel Rail
ETC ETC ETC

The FACT is that you will pay a little extra for a better part if using a weber system.

For example

FRST ECU £100 Cosworth ECU £100
FRST Loom £75 Cosworth Loom £80
FRST Throttle body £20 Cosworth £40

As you can see from the price guide above that overall the Weber Cosworth setup will cost a little extra but its well worth it when you get a system which is 100% EVERY time and can be setup/mapped anywhere in the country by many TOP well know tuners.

Hope this helps you understand that budget does not always get you what you expect.

Regards
You beat me back on response, so you probably now see i have all the FRST stuff. I got a OFAB ECU with all the Map etc etc etc for £100, which is a bit cheaper than normal, plus the fact i got lucky and found a superchip in a car at the scrappy, so i can get that re-flashed.

Now you lay the prices down i see what you mean, however the FRST sensors are completely different to the Weber items needed aren't they? And i am also constantly thinking about the limited availibility for mapping of the FRST ECU and so forth.......
