Don't bother
The RS2000 boys spend their time throwing out the 2 litre and fitting the Galaxy 2.3 engine, that should tell you something
Use RS2000 cams in the 2.3 engine and it will be fine.
The Galaxy has a really poxy inlet manifold that could in theory be swaped for the RS2000 one if there is enough room, using the RS inlet would need a water way welding up in the Galaxy head though as the Galaxy shares head castings with the Scorpio and has an extra water passage for the thermostat housing that is covered by the Galaxy inlet but not the RS2000 version. You would also need to seal the inlet to the head with either gasket paper or get the black plastic heat isolator machined for individual O rings as the RS one piece O ring will not seal on the Galaxy head.

2.3 head welded to use RS inlet

The RS2000 4-2-1 exhaust manifold bolts straight to the Galaxy head but I've no idea if it would fit the Galaxy body.
