You are ALLOWED to do 30mph in a 30mph limit.

You are NOT ALLOWED to do 30.1mph


The police have guidelines telling them how far over you should be before its an issue, but technically if you are doing 30.1 you are speeding, thats the law, guidelines are exactly that, a guide, and are NOT the law.
