NUTS RuS well this is the thing, i bought the MK5 RS2000 cable as you are meant to but it was a VERY snug fit indeed, where as i see people like you that looks like you could wrap it round the car twice and still have enough.....i also changed the metal braket that connects to the short front cable as the one on it was too wide, and this also bought me a little length.

Why is there such variances???
