Escort Mk6 Si

Basically everytime I open my car, start the engine etc. my hazaard lights come on and alarm sounds. I removed the DIY fitted alarm and it was Ok for around a month or so. Now it all seems to be doing the same again but without the sounding of the alarm obviously. Its stopping me get it through the MOT as I have taken the fuse out for the hazaards which also stops the horn from working, therefore it will not pass.

Any ideas? cheers.
