There's two star shaped bolts in the boot ( can't remember the correct name for them) Two plastic fixings that just turn and pop out at, 1 at each side, just look under the car, and pull the bumper away from the back of the car, not out at the sides, it should come off in 2 mins.
That's how mines comes off anyway and i've done it about 10 times.
