Ok,no i hadn't seen your spec tbh,but sounds like you have the right bits
i honestly think that it makes no difference whatsoever on a modified S1 whether it has the metering unit or not (value wise)
what i will say is the value will increase if you do it properly! there are ways of modifying the KE-Jet i know, but i think you can only go so far before the cruising and idle AFR's get too high
Cossie management is a nice easy conversion,that if it's left to the pro's can be tidier than standard!!
