yup, the red one is best

at around the 100k mark you need to think about changing the timing chain but other than that, they are virtualy maintenance free

but if they cook themselves you are looking at a new head at the very least
if the chains snap, you are looking at a replacement engine as they tend to screw no1 main too
but its only when you don't get any oil pressure after putting the head back together again that you notice
