Hello!

Need some help, i have ecort rs turbo with a knacked bottom end, i was woundering if anyone could tell me who is my best bet to rebuild it. I live in basildon and have had quotes of 1000 quid from tommy field and paul hills which i thought was a bit pricey for strong 200 bhp bottom end, can anyone tell me is that what i should pay or can i do better
