HELP!!! HOT START PROBS!!!!!
me dad runs a fast road anglia with a 1690 xflow. we just changed the ignition over to the mk2 fessy one (does away with the points) and reset the plug gaps and timing appropriately and it goes like fook now, however once a certain temp is reached we get fuel vapourisation cos the inlet manifold gets far too hot. so we just cant start her for ages!!!! the fan were runnin is an electrical one that runs off a switch at our discretion and not constant on the pulley as per original xflow design. we cant fit the fan between block and rad so it sits in front of rad and sucks air out. its so tight in the engine bay that were really runnin out of ideas as to keepin her cool!!! any advice from fellow oldskoolers out there would be really really really appreciated. hope this makes sense to someone!!!!!
