I have received many accidental bites over the years from my dogs when playing. Never had a problem, just clean the wound, you will have built up a natural immunity to the bacteria from your own dogs. Providing you have had tetenus injections a some point in your life then your body will have immunity, there is no need to keep having top up injections, in fact some GPs think it is harmful to do so.
