200 block but i would i have seen 205s go to 500 bhp cossie cranks are good for 600 bhp if in good con rods 450 to 500 if same i would do new bearings to and as said you will need more than greys they you will new a diffrent ecu as above not cheap to go 450 bhp 380 is a very nikce power in a rwd cossie
