Put that in the bin would be the first step IMO. Why on earth would you want to trick your ECU into thinking its cold when it isn't? Those Ebay resisitors are shit.

I don't want to sound funny, but 300bhp from that engine without a turbo is not going to happen. Especially not for the budget you have.

Throttle bodies would be a start, but the bodies alone will suck most of your money.
