right all you lot who think original is always better then dont bother posting he's asking a genuine question simple to answer no need for "its wank" even if u think it is the lads made 8n posts u think he's gunna hang around long if u start off like this ??

in regards to the question u have 2 ways of making the bonnet

1. splitt the 2 skins of the bonnet cut a sheet of metal to the desired length ect prime it in "weld through primer" then slide it in between the 2 skins weld it on and fill it to look correct then prime and paint

or

2.cut a peice of metal to the exact shape u want (following the lines of the bonnet around the headlamps) and then the straight edg (or whatever shape u wish the bad boy to be) and then mig weld it to the bonnet above the head lamps then fill prime and paint

and about the mot im 99$ sure that aslong as the bad boy dosent affect the beam pattern of the head lights it wont fail (please correct me if i am wrong )
