Right guys, a bit of a strange request. But it's one of those 'need to know' things.

I seen an engraving on a ring, and i'm wondering if it means anything.

To try and explain it, if the ring were rectangle shape, longways along the finger, the pattern would be:

The bottom right hand quarter of the sun with rays of light emitting from it. Not the best decription i'm sure, but anyone got any idea if it means anything?
