On the pc with the printer installed you need to open the printer and faxes option in the start menu and then right click on your printer icon and select sharing.

The choose share this printer and give it an easy name to remember then go to the other pc and got to printer and faxes again and select add a printer then select a network printer or printer attached to another computerand select browse for printer, find it here and away you go.
