Hi, forgive my tresspassing but I am a Vauxhall Astra GTE owner bored at work so decided to stumble on here!

My brother has an RS Turbo, and we recently went down to Brands Hatch for the day, giving the GTE and his RS a good run on the journey.

On the return journey, his header tank decided to pop and p1ss all the coolant everywhere! Luckily it happend right outside his house when he was parked, so hopefully no damage has occured. It popped on the top bit where it seems to dip in (seems a little silly design wise!)

Can you still get new header tanks from Ford? If so, any ideas how much?

Bailey stainless jobbies look nice but seem a little pricey!

We found his rad was leaking slightly as well, so wheres the best place to get a new rad from? (No wonder his car was running hot! Coolant system wasnt even pressurised properly!).

Any advice and opinions would be most welcome.
