I have purchased a 023 pump so i will fit that anyway so i dont need to go in there again

Dropped the tank and filter out over the weekend and drained the fuel.

Found that the car already has a 033 fitted has some sort of foam wraped around it but it fell apart once i tried to remove it. Im guessing its only there for noise???

New parts should arrive today / tomorrow so i will get it put back together and see what happens. Hopefully i have found my problem looking at the filter.
