I am having a lot of trouble with them banjo couplings on my 4 x 4 saff, i've tried to seal them by cleaning the faces and buying new washers from fords but it still leaks onto my exhaust manifold. So if anyone has any other ideas please say. I might try a new bolt next.

Has it snapped off flush with the hole? is it on the air filter side? If it is you might be able to get it out by tapping it round gently with a small screwdriver and a hammer but be careful not to damage the thread. If it isn't on the air box side then you will probably have to take the turbo off

If you dont fancy doing it youself it is possible to just by-pass it and take it to someone to help. It shouldn't do any damage if you take it easy coz the Escort RST don't have a water cooled turbo.
