Is tuna ok when trying to loose weight?
Ive been eating salad for lunch for a couple of months now and not as hungry in the evenings as before so it feels great.
Im just curious if its ok to eat tuna with the salad or does that spoil it? Im keeping away from potato and pasta so the only thing execpt salad is a bit of tuna, shrimps or ham.
Havent bothered checking my weight during all this time so have no idea if I lost anything.
