ok , if your putting in a new cam and recond your head.....there is no mention of new lifters, unless you get them in your kit, you MUST use new lifters for a new cam.
when you put the cam in i would sugest useing graphogen to assemble the cam and lfters. librally coat both cam and lifters, graphogen will then disapate into the oil as it warms.
ok so before you start the car take the plugs out of the head if you have allready fitted them and remove the hall sensor plug on the side ofthe distributor....this will stop the fuel.....crank the car over for a few mins or so to give the oil time to get to the top of the engine.
so now put it all back together and start the engine, hold at 2k for 20 mins and then you are ready to go....
you must use some boost NOT NO BOOST, for the first 100 miles or so but go easy with the revs 4k max for 200 miles or so...then your cam should be nicely beded in.....
asumeing you havent rebuilt the block and its just the head, 200 miles is fine for a sensible run-in....bed-in time for a new cam...
good luck...
